PLASMA ONE AI CASHBACK PROMOTION — SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS

The Promotion runs from 12:00PM EST Wednesday, May 27, 2026 through 11:59AM EST Wednesday, June 3, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Only transactions that are authorized during the Promotion Period are eligible. The transaction need not settle or post during the Promotion Period, provided it was authorized within the Promotion Period and subsequently settles in the ordinary course. Transactions that authorize before or after the Promotion Period, or that authorize during the Promotion Period but are subsequently reversed, refunded, or charged back, are not eligible. Plasma may shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion in accordance with the Program Terms.

To participate in the Promotion, you must (a) be a resident of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United Arab Emirates; (b) hold an active Card with your Card Account in good standing throughout the Promotion Period; (c) be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater; (d) have completed identity verification to Plasma's satisfaction; and (e) satisfy all other eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1.1 of the Program Terms. The Promotion is void where prohibited and is not available to residents outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. Plasma may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

The Promotion applies only to Card purchases made directly from the following merchants (each, an "Eligible Merchant"): OpenAI (including ChatGPT and ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, and Enterprise subscriptions and API credits); Anthropic (including Claude.ai subscriptions and Anthropic API credits); xAI (including Grok and Grok subscriptions); Cursor (Anysphere, Inc.); OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc.); Wispr Flow (including Wispr Flow subscriptions); ElevenLabs (including ElevenLabs subscriptions and ElevenLabs API credits); and DeepSeek (including DeepSeek subscriptions and DeepSeek API credits).

A transaction qualifies as an "Eligible Merchant" transaction only where the merchant of record reported to the card network is the Eligible Merchant itself. Purchases made through resellers, app-store intermediaries (including the Apple App Store and Google Play), gift cards, prepaid codes, third-party marketplaces, or any other intermediary are not eligible, even where the underlying product or service is provided by an Eligible Merchant. Plasma determines whether a transaction qualifies as an Eligible Merchant transaction in its sole discretion based on the merchant identifier, merchant category code, and other transaction data available to Plasma. Plasma may correct clear merchant-coding errors at its discretion but is under no obligation to do so.

Subject to these Promotion Terms, eligible participants will earn ten percent (10%) cashback (the "Promotional Cashback") on each Qualifying Promotion Transaction. A "Qualifying Promotion Transaction" means a Card purchase that (i) is made during the Promotion Period; (ii) is made by an eligible participant; (iii) is made at an Eligible Merchant; and (iv) constitutes a Qualifying Transaction under Section 2.1 of the Program Terms (excluding any transaction described in Section 2.2 of the Program Terms and any transaction otherwise excluded under these Promotion Terms).

Promotional Cashback is paid in lieu of, and not in addition to, the standard tier-based cashback that a participant would otherwise earn on the same transaction under Article II of the Program Terms. For each Qualifying Promotion Transaction, the participant earns the ten percent (10%) Promotional Cashback rate and does not separately earn standard tier-based cashback on that transaction. Standard tier-based cashback under Article II of the Program Terms continues to apply in the ordinary course to Card purchases that are not Qualifying Promotion Transactions and remains subject to the Monthly Cap and all other terms of the Program Terms. Promotional Cashback is not subject to the Monthly Cap but is subject to the Per-User Promotion Cap described in Section 5.

Promotional Cashback is calculated on the net U.S. dollar amount of each Qualifying Promotion Transaction (purchases minus returns, refunds, chargebacks, and credit adjustments). For transactions denominated in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the transaction amount will be converted to U.S. dollars using the exchange rate applied by the card network at the time the transaction is processed. Tips, taxes, fees, and any portion of a transaction paid using promotional credit, gift cards, or non-Card tender are not eligible for Promotional Cashback. Plasma determines the amount of Promotional Cashback in its sole discretion.

Promotional Cashback is subject to a per-user cap of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), measured in U.S. dollar equivalent, in aggregate Promotional Cashback per participant across the entire Promotion Period (the "Per-User Promotion Cap"). The Per-User Promotion Cap applies uniformly to all participants regardless of country of residence or transaction currency. The Per-User Promotion Cap applies in the aggregate across all Eligible Merchants and is not reset on a daily, weekly, or per-merchant basis. Once a participant has earned $100 in Promotional Cashback during the Promotion Period, no further Promotional Cashback will accrue on subsequent transactions, although standard tier-based cashback under the Program Terms continues to apply. Each individual is entitled to participate in the Promotion under a single Card Account.

Promotional Cashback accrues in U.S. dollars and is paid in XPL tokens ("XPL") in accordance with Article V of the Program Terms, including the Pending Period, payout mechanics, pricing methodology, and Cash Out provisions described therein. The XPL/USD price at payout will be determined using pricing sources selected by Plasma. Display of estimated Promotional Cashback at authorization is informational only and does not guarantee payment. Plasma may change the reward token, pricing methodology, Pending Period, or payout schedule at any time as set forth in Article V of the Program Terms.

All transaction exclusions set forth in Section 2.2 of the Program Terms apply to the Promotion, including ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer and person-to-person transfers, currency exchange, tax payments, gift card and prepaid card purchases, money orders and cash equivalents, gambling, quasi-cash transactions, cryptocurrency purchases and sales, wire transfers, balance transfers, cash advances, payment of outstanding balances, transactions with affiliated merchants, transactions Plasma reasonably believes are structured or manufactured to maximize rewards, and any other transactions Plasma excludes in its sole discretion. In addition, purchases of API credits or services intended for resale, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution are excluded from the Promotion.

If a Qualifying Promotion Transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise reduced after Promotional Cashback has been calculated or paid, Plasma may, in its sole discretion, debit the participant's Card Account, reduce future cashback, or take any other corrective action available under Section 5.3 of the Program Terms. Promotional Cashback paid in connection with any transaction later determined to be ineligible may be reclaimed at the initial distribution amount (not current market value) in accordance with Section 6.3 of the Program Terms.

The Prohibited Activity provisions of Section 6.1 of the Program Terms apply in full to the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, conduct that Plasma may treat as Prohibited Activity in connection with the Promotion includes splitting transactions to circumvent the Per-User Promotion Cap, purchasing AI services primarily for resale or for the benefit of third parties, opening multiple Card Accounts to claim Promotional Cashback more than once, and any other gaming or abuse of the Promotion. Plasma may forfeit pending or accrued Promotional Cashback, suspend or terminate participation in the Promotion, and pursue all remedies available under Article VI of the Program Terms.

Plasma may modify any aspect of the Promotion, including the Promotional Cashback rate, the Per-User Promotion Cap, the list of Eligible Merchants, the Promotion Period, and the categories of excluded transactions, or suspend or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion, in accordance with Article VII of the Program Terms. Changes apply prospectively to Qualifying Promotion Transactions occurring after the effective date of the change. Promotional Cashback that has vested in accordance with Article V of the Program Terms prior to the effective date of any termination will be paid out in accordance with the Program Terms.

Participants are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from receipt of Promotional Cashback, including any federal, state, local, national, value-added, or other taxes applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. Plasma may report Promotional Cashback to tax authorities as required by law and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of the Promotion or the Promotional Cashback.

The Promotion is offered by Plasma. The Issuer (as defined in the Applicable Card Agreement) is not the provider, sponsor, administrator, or operator of the Promotion and has no responsibility for or control over the Promotion or any Promotional Cashback.

All limitations of liability, disclaimers, regulatory clarifications, governing law, arbitration, class action waiver, and other provisions set forth in Articles VIII, IX, and X of the Program Terms are incorporated by reference and apply to the Promotion as if fully set forth herein. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that these Promotion Terms, together with the Program Terms and the Applicable Card Agreement, govern the Promotion.
